1. When new jute rapier loom start running, should be check the gap between each gears and check the screw degree of tightness.
2. Refueling all the oil holes, bearings, let off and take up worm and gear (lubricating oil mixed with engine oil). Note: lubricating oil should be high-temperature lithium base oil.
3. Jute rpaier loom will be running 24 hours/day, at first month, refueling 8 hours/time, 3 times/day. One month later, refueling 12 hours/time and 2 times/day.
4. When finish first beam, should be refueling all bearing (lubricating oil). Refueling after one month and refueling 3months/time.
5. Check in time all the screw degree of tightness makes sure the machine running smoothly.
